Opening Hours

We are open to the public 10am-1pm and 4pm-6pm 7 days a week 365 days a year except Bank Holidays and other public holidays.

You can drop off and collect your cat(s) at any prearranged time between these hours. You must try to adhere to the appointment time that you have requested/allocated to avoid congestion at the cattery.

If we are unable to give you your required check-in and out times because the times are already taken by another customer then we will allocate you the next available slot.

Note that, although we are open on Bank Holidays including Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s day, we do not permit check-ins and check-outs on these days so, if your stay includes  any of these days,  then you will need to lengthen/shorten your cats stay and check-in or out on days  before or after them.

We encourage customers to visit the premises if they have never been before but you must make a prior appointment.
