CatCam! – A one off set up and administration fee – £20
Pre-Arranged Collection – £8.50 within a 10 mile radius (£1.50/mile thereafter)

Special food not on the menu and raw diet supplements – POA
Prescription diets- Customer should provide sufficient food for the cats stay (no reduction in price)
We can administer any medicine or injections that your cat requires as part of an ongoing medical condition but please call us to discuss this.
10% discount for stays of 30 days or over
Cancellation fees – less than 48hrs notice – 100% of full booking fee
less than 7 days notice but greater than 48hrs notice – 50% of full booking fee
more than 7 days notice – no charge.
New Customers are required to pay a 50% deposit of the full fee with their first booking.
