Check-ins & Check-outs

We  have separate time slots for each customer for check-ins and check-outs so that we can offer a smooth transition and prevent the cattery being choc-a-block with customers at any one time .

When making a booking please remember to select your preferred check in and check out times, (10am-1pm & 4pm-6pm – the time selector is beneath the date selection). If you get a message stating that the date selection has been blacked out or blocked it is likely that your can still board with us on those dates but we are not accepting check ins/outs on that date – i.e, Xmas day etc.

If your selection is not available then we will allocate you the nearest time.

Please try to adhere to your allocated time slots for check-ins and check-outs, avoid coming early and, if you are running late, please let us know by telephone ASAP.

All bookings are charged on a daily basis rather than per night,  (eg, a two night stay is charged as three days)

Our minimum stay is 3 days.

 

Our prices are fully inclusive of  food, litter and clean bedding but any prescription food should be provided by the customer.

 

 

You can select your preferred times from the drop-down menus when you make your booking and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. (if you have no critically important check-in and check-out times then leave them at their defaults of 9am  and we will assign you a time once we confirm your booking.
We aim to give a minimum of a 30 minute gap between every drop-off and every collection to ensure a smooth unhindered process. We may have to alter your initial request, but we will advise you of the times in your confirmation email.

So please bear in mind that when booking your exact required times for check-in and check-out  may sometimes not be exactly the ones you requested but will always be within the specified time windows.

Check-ins and Check-outs outside the designated times may sometimes be possible depending on occupancy but must be agreed when booking and by prior appointment only.

 

Collection & Return Service

If you choose to have your cat collected or returned then this can be arranged and there is a small charge for this to cover expenses.
If you do want to take advantage of this then you can select it as an add-on to your booking and put your preferred collection and return times in the notes section; please try to give as bigger window as possible for these times; note that the check-in and check-out windows do not apply to cats that are collected and returned.
