How to cancel a booking
To cancel a booking, use your online account or email support@goosehillcattery.co.uk, or call 01924 896637. If you do not receive a cancellation email within 12 hours, your booking has not been cancelled. Please contact us immediately.
Cancellation fees
• Less than 48 hours before check-in: 100% of the full booking fee.
• Less than 7 days before check-in: 50% of the full booking fee; the deposit is not refundable.
• More than 7 days before check-in: no charge; the deposit is refundable.
If you reduce your cat’s stay less than 7 days before check-in, the original fee will not be reduced.
